Scheduling: If you would like to make an appointment, please call me at 541-512-2614. During your call we will discuss various details such as how many people will be involved, the location, clothing choices, and any questions you may have.

Clothing: Several changes of clothing during a photo session can allow for a variety of looks. Solid colors are most recommended as they don't take the focus away from the subject (white, khaki, or denim are great choices). Avoiding logos, stripes or busy patterns will make for a more effective portrait. If families or groups of children are to be photographed, please dress everyone in similarly toned clothing for a more unified look. Bare feet are preferred over shoes, and children often find this more comfortable as well. Children also look great with bare skin!

The session: Photo sessions are best scheduled for early morning or late afternoon to take advantage of the best available light, although I can work with you if you prefer a different time of day. A session can last anywhere from 45 minutes to a couple hours. The sessions are never rushed...there's enough time to relax and be yourselves. Please feel free to bring drinks and snacks for your children and yourself, as well as any changes of clothes. Sessions will take place outside (in a park setting), or in your home as long as there is plenty of natural light. In the event of bad weather, sickness (yours or the photographer's), or another unavoidable circumstance, the session may be rescheduled. Please, no sick children! Session fee is due before pictures are taken. Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a photo session.

The proofs: Approximately 2-3 weeks after the session, I will call you to set up a time to view your proofs. You will be making your order at this time, so please have anyone who will be involved in the decision making process present at our meeting. Although children are welcome, you may find it to your advantage to make other arrangements for them during this meeting.

If you chose 4x5 printed proofs, they will be presented in an acid free, archival booklet. You will have the option to purchase the album and all proofs for $120, or $60 with an order of $100. The booklet is complimentary after a $200 portrait order is purchased.

If you chose the proofs on CD-ROM, the disc and all images on it will be available to purchase for $80, or $40 with an order of $100. The disc is complimentary after a $200 portrait order is purchased.

Half of the portrait total will be due at the time of order. The remaining balance will be due when your completed order is delivered.

The portraits: Your portraits will be ready within 3-4 weeks of placing your order. I will call you as soon as they come in, and set up a time to deliver them in person. All portraits are printed by a professional photo lab on archival paper.

Referral Program: Thank you for referring your friends! For every referral that books and completes a session, you will receive a complimentary 8x10 portrait from one of your previous or future sessions.

*Pictures will be stored by the photographer in the event you would like reprints or enlargements. Reprint prices will reflect current price list at the time of reordering.
