1. What does a Pet Sitter do?

Pet owners know that as an alternative to boarding your pet, in-home pet care allows your pet to adjust to your absence and experience less stress and anxiety when they remain in their own home. Pets are happier and healthier with their regular diet and exercise routine. At-home pet care allows your pet to be left in their own surroundings with their own beds and toys while your away; eliminating the trauma of transportation to a kennel and minimizes the exposure to fleas, kennel cough and other illnesses of other animals.

Pet Sitters can also provide home-care services while you are away, including bringing in mail or newspapers, watering plants, turning on or off lights, opening and closing blinds and curtains to make your house look lived in. A professional pet sitter provides peace of mind.
