Marty Knezovich is a 1972 graduate of the Duluth Institute of Technology in the Architectural Design program.
Marty worked for a prominent architectural firm from 1972 to 1974 as a Design Drafter.
From 1974 to present he has been self employed as a home designer.
Marty began building homes in 1984, specializing in the latest energy efficiency technology.
In 1990 he received the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)
Certified Graduate Builders Certificate.
The firm builds 5-6 custom homes per year, plus additions and remodeling projects.
