KOLAGE envisions a global Coca-Cola system where lesbian and gay employees are ensured of their basic equal rights, and can be open, honest, and safe at home, at work, and in the community.

KOLAGE belongs to and reflects the desires of its members.  Membership is available to all associates within the Coca-Cola system, without regard to sexual orientation.  KOLAGE is an independent organization and is not endorsed, sponsored, or an affiliate of The Coca-Cola Company or any Coca-Cola bottler.
