Other than that, the easiest way to get a signed copy is to order one here through PayPal. Also, to be completely honest, I make more money if you buy the book this way. I'll list other ways below, but I would appreciate your support. You can click on Add Special Instructions to Merchant to tell me whom I should inscribe the book to. Also, you do not need a PayPal account, as the link on the lower left-hand corner of their page will allow you to pay via credit card.
