Upcoming Events: Southern Festival of Books, October 14-16; Nashville, TN I will be reading on Friday at 3:30 in the Capitol Library. Reading at Lee University, January 19, 4:00 I will be reading from my chapbooks, Abecedarium and Holy Days: Poems, as well as other works. Books will be for sale, and I will be available to sign them. Chapbook to be published Holy Days: Poems won the Split Oak Press Chapbook Contest and will be published in December 2011. News: A profile piece written by one of the students at Lee (whom I had not met before). Here's an interview with Poets' Quarterly from early 2010. Martin Abramson reviewed Exit Lines here. Wendy Galgan reviewed Abecedarium for Editions Bibliotekos. David Chorlton also reviewed Abecedarium (FutureCycle Poetry). ETSU Today has an article about my receiving the Excellence in Scholarship award on page 13. I received my Master's in English from them in 1994. ETSU Today has a brief write up about me and the new book on page 16. |
