It makes use of Microsoft's
Scancode Map registry key to remap your keyboard.
VB6 Runtime files are required, but are already present on Windows 2000/XP.

Some common questions:
Can KeyTweak combine keystrokes into a single key? No. Keys can only be remapped.
Can KeyTweak create remappings specific for a user, an application, or an input locale? No. Remappings are global.
