Some of the things I learned and had to complete hands on are: how to create Portable Document Format Files (PDF). PDF files can be viewed and printed with the free Adobe Reader on the Web, intranets, and CD-Roms. I also learned how to use document security, digital signatures, designing and creating forms, extracting images and text from PDF documents.
