Judy's Recipe                     Barbeque Baked Beans

1 medium onion 
1 medium bell pepper 
1/2 lb. ground chuck 
2-1 lb. can pork & beans 
2 tablespoons mustard 
1/2 cup catsup 
1/2 cup brown sugar 
1 teaspoon worchestershire

Chop onion and pepper, fry in skillet with a little margarine.  Add ground chuck & brown. (drain)  Combine remaining ingredients and bake in casserole dish 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.  Can also be cooked in crock pot on slow heat overnight. 

 


 

Donna's Recipe                         Sausage Balls

1 lb. sausage, uncooked 
1 cup cheddar cheese 
1 1/2 cups Jiffy Baking Mix or Bisquick

Mix with hands.  Roll into balls.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

 


 

Lorrie's Recipe                          Boiled Custard

1/2 gallon milk 
1 pint heavy whipping cream 
2 sm. pkgs vanilla instant pudding 
1 cup sugar 
2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring

Mix well.  Refrigerate.  Tastes better to make day before needed. 
If too thick just add more milk, careful not to add too much.  Shake
well before serving.  Tastes better than store bought brands.

 


 

                                                       Chicken Parmesan   

1 cup bread crumbs 
1/2 cup parmesan cheese 
l stick margarine
Boneless, skinless chicken

Mix bread crumbs and parmesian cheese together.  Melt margarine. Dip chicken in margarine then dip in bread crumb/cheese mixture.   Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

 


 

Marlayna's Recipe                Orange Fluff Salad

1 pkg. Orange Jello (small)
8 oz. Cottage Cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 small can Crushed Pineapple, drained
11 oz. can Mandarin Oranges, drained

Mix dry jello with cottage cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Then fold in drained fruit. Chill.

 


 

Donna's Recipe                               Wild Rice

1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 cups minute rice
1 can beef consommé soup
1 can cream of onion soup (or French onion soup)


Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.  For meat dish, add tenderloin, brown 4 or 5 pieces of tenderloin in skillet w/meat tenderizer.  Place in casserole dish w/rice mixture and bake.

 


 

Donna's Recipe                                    Punch

1 canister Country Time Lemonade Mix (20oz)
1 can pineapple juice (46oz)
2 liter of Diet Rite White Grape
2 liter of Diet Rite Golden Peach *
Chill & Serve.

*can substitute with Diet Rite Strawberry Kiwi

 


 

Rita's Recipe                                    Party Punch

2 pkg. Cherry Kool-Aid
1 (16oz) can frozen orange juice
1 large can pineapple juice
2 cups sugar
1 gal. water
1 (16oz) can frozen lemonade

Mix all ingredients well.  Can be served over ice or may be frozen to a slush consistency.  To freeze, put in plastic milk jugs and store in freezer.  Shake occasionally until punch is a slush.  Shake jugs well and pour in punch bowl to serve.  Different flavors of Kool-Aid can be used to change flavor.

 


 

Donna's Recipe            Crock Pot Chicken & Dressing

      Make 8" pan of cornbread, crumble (I used Jiffy Mix)
      8 slices day old bread, crumbled
      4 eggs (raw)
      1/2 cup chopped celery
      1/2 tsp. onion salt
      1 tsp. salt
      2 cans cream of chicken soup
      2 cans chicken broth
      1 stick oleo
      3 or 4 cooked chicken breasts chopped

Mix together, Cook on high 3 - 4 hours

 


 

Susan's Recipe                 Garlic Cheese Biscuits

2 cups Bisquick Mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2oz)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven 450 degrees.

Mix baking mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms beat vigorously for 30 seconds.  Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until brown. Mix margarine and garlic powder, brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.  Serve warm.

 


 

Barbara's Recipe              Macaroni and Cheese               

8 oz. macaroni
1/3 stick margarine
1/3 of 2 lb box of Velveeta cheese
salt
2 cups whole milk

On top of stove cook 8 oz. macaroni, drain.  Add 1/3 stick margarine, 1/3 box of 2 lb Velveeta cheese, 2 cups milk.  Cook until mixture is melted on top of stove.

Pour into oven safe bowl and add slices of Velveeta on top.  Cook at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes.  (Until topping is slightly brown and mixture bubbles.)

Malinda's Recipe      Upside-Down Pizza         

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped

1 can/jar (15 1/2oz) pizza sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Brown ground beef and onion.  Drain.  Blend in pizza sauce, garlic salt and oregano.  Put mixture in greased 9 X 13 pan.  Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

In small bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour.  Pour over meat mixture.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Bake 30 minutes.  12 Servings.

Note:  Mushrooms, bell pepper strips, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, etc. may be added to the meat mixture if desired.
