1. Visit the Web page for updated
2. Complete the end of Semester paper work, and
3. Their Last Chance to get in approved Hours are listed below:

a. Shrub & Tree Planting: Saturday, April 26 - 10:00 AM.
b. Second Clean Up Trips: Milliken and West Indian Creeks - April 27th- 10:30 AM.
c. Krispy Kream Sale/Pick up April 25, Eastwood Bank Parking Lot on 12th Street South East (near Cub Food) 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM.

Saturday's (April 5th)
Scouting /Clean Up Trips:

1.. Milliken Creek: Meet at the East Hall college entrance promptly at 10:00 AM. to form car-pools, or meet at the Mantorville park (near the bridge) at 10:30 AM.

2. West Indian Creek: Meet at the East Hall college entrance promptly at 10:00 AM. to form car pools, or meet at the Subway in Plainview at 10:30 AM.

3. If you change these instructions (1 and 2 above) please let me know. no later than Wednesday morning.

4. Please pick up plastic bags from my office no later than Thursday at 1:00 PM. Otherwise, you can volunteer to purchase your own garbage bags.

5. Pick-up sticks w/ nails are located in the wooden storage compartment on the canoe tailor. Someone should count them in advance.
Please split them 50/50. Also please return them. so that we can use them on the Zumbro clean-up Friday, April 11.

Our next meeting is Thursday March 6 at 1:30PM. in the Presidents Room -College Center!. Not just committee Chairs but everyone looking for work over the break is nvited.

Please remember:

1. Please use your e-mail list to communicate with the members of your committee. Tell them the meeting Agenda for Thursday will include a discussion of activities that we might carry out over the Spring break..

2. If you cannot attend it is your responsibility to get someone from your committee to be there in your place.

3 Some of you still have not submitted e-mail addresses of all members of your committee. You may recall, each committee chair must submit a membership list divided into Sociology and Econ student subgroups.

4. Do you have additional agenda items??
