We want to give credit to Don and Rosemary Fergus of Lafayette, Louisiana for their hard work and dedication  to the formation of the La-Ark Roos. They spent hour  after hour on the phone and computer locating and  contacting Bounder Motor Home Owners.  They contacted  approximately 75 Bounder Motor Home Owners in  Louisiana and Arkansas, inviting them to attend the  initial rally in September 2000, and become members of the newly proposed chapter of BOA. They started this project April 16, 2000. On September 23, 2000 we were  Chartered as "La-Ark Roos" by Bounders of America and their dream became a reality. Also a big thanks to Don for assuming the position of President Pro Tem during the initial formation of the Chapter.

We want to give credit to Janice Remagen of Farmington, Arkansas for assuming the position of Secretary Treasurer Pro Tem during the initial formation of the Chapter, keeping minutes and financial records until an election was held.
