American Cavy Adventures!

Since many of our guinea pigs come from underprivileged households, we try to take them on weekly field trips for enrichment.

PFffffffffttttt! Butterscotch and Key Key showing their dissent after being caught smoking grass (hay) behind the shed....their field trip to Devil's Lake was subesquently cancelled as punishment.

Here's Jack, getting comfy by the campfire with Monica's dogs. A few minutes later, he was heard to say, "So, you guys remembered to bring the veggie burgers didn't you??"

Reese, on a recent trip to Door County to visit his friend Jonathan Livingston Seagull. Jonathan, the famous gull, is currently giving flight lessons in lovely Newport Beach State Park.

Shaggy and Boris

Shaggy, on a recent excursion to West Palm Beach, pictured here with his new friend Boris, and an unnamed diver. Shaggy cautions you not to try this at home with your cavies- he has had extensive dive training! Even though Shaggy is Jewish, he insists he really meant to cast his vote for Pat Buchanan at the last election and he promised to visit again for the next election and teach voters how to properly cast their votes!

Here's Velma, at famous Ship Rock in central WI. She's watching over Monica's daughters, telling them to be careful climbing! Velma was a bit disgusted with all the graffiti, and has already registered her complaint with the WI DNR.

Jack and Bambi

Here's Jack again, this time visiting Bambi, when he was but a spotted fawn. Jack is a rugged kinda guy who enjoys natural foraging. He and Bambi spent this day nibbling their way through the forest.

"Yo, Mamma, can I get my back scratched??" This is Jellybean, hanging out with his friends, Mamma Moose and the twins, in Alaska.

Little Richard and Winky

Little Richard, otherwise known as "Indiana Cavy", risked his life in search of Winky, the famous Vegetarian Owl of southern Indiana. After many days, searching Yellow Wood Forest, he finally hooked up with the sweet owl, as evidenced by this picture!

"Hey! What kind of snack bar IS this? Don't you have any carrot juice??" Ace and Jack visited Baby Kitty and her newborn in a cozy cabin in the Northwoods of WI.

Snack Bar?
Marshal Dillon's Saloon

This is where you'll find Marshal Dillon hanging out, in his very own saloon. Take off yer coat and set awhile!
