Teriyaki chicken recipe.

Ingredients 2 cups Kikkoman's teriyaki sauce.
1 beer or 2 cups saki.
2 cups bottle of another teriyaki sauce or soysauce.
2 tsp fresh ground pepper
(basically 1 part liquid of choice, 1 part kikkoman teriyaki, 1 part other teriyaki brand; plus spices) Procedures
Put the 3 liquids together in a gallon ziploc bag or (preferably) in a marinating container. Put chicken (or beef) in the liquid and let it marinade for at least 3 hours. Then cook to desired doneness.
You have many options with this recipe. You can add garlic, ginger, or hotsauce/peppers to the marinade. If you have a fresh herb garden then your options are even greater. I will do variations when I cook for myself but I pretty much stick to the basic recipe when I am entertaining.
