Richland Creek (2)

Did someone say SPLATS????? This is an awesome splat rock. Low water - Stick to the rock. High water - too many moves to count. All the water is narrowed to 12 to 15 foot wide deep channel and into the 80 degreed angled moss covered rock. Feeder eddies from both sides. Easy recovery to go again and again and again………….

That's me doin' a plain ol' splat. Photo by Cowper Chadbourn

Paddling Tip: Use a friend to cushion the splat move. Saves wear to the hull of the boat.
