2003 Cali Trip
After we left the Kern area we headed North and paddled the North Fork of the Kaweah and North Fork of the Kings. Both great class IV-V water and very clear as compared to the brown water of the Kern drainage. Both of these runs flowed from headwaters inside and bordering the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The Kaweah was a little creeky and the Kings was big water. From there we made a trip through Yosemite Valley to see the waterfalls a full glory of peak flow!
