Meat Loaf
1 1/3 cups walnuts
1 13 cups sunflower seeds
1 1/3 cups almonds
filtered water for soakin sunflower seeds and almonds
1 Tlb. minced garlic
1/2 Tlb. sea salt
1/2 cup fresh parsley or 1 1/2 Tlb. dry
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cups Marinated mushrooms (recipe below)
1 Tlb. chopped onion
1/2 Tlb minced ginger or 1/4 tsp dry ginger
2 Tlb. fresh rosemary, de-stemmed and minced or 1 tsp. dry
1 Tlb. fresh tarragon, minced or 1/2 tsp. dry
1 cup re bell pepper , chopped
1 Tlb. minced jalapeno or 1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds (not powder)
1/2 cup olive oil
 =20
Soak sunflower seeds and almonds in enought water to cover for 6 hr.  =
Soak walnuts for 1/2 hr.  Drain and throw the nuts and seeds into a food =
processor one at a time with minced garlic.  If you have a Green Star, =
push them through with the blank.  Mix the rest of the ingrediants like =
you would a meat loaf.  Dehydrate on solid sheets for 3 hrs. after =
making them into patties, or use it like a patta.

Marinated mushrooms
2 cups diced mushrooms
1 cup of Braggs aminos
2 Tlb. oil oil=20
soak for 6 hr.

Sloppy Lintles   =20
2 Cups dry lintles   =20
1lg onion chopped
1 carrot shredded
1green pepper chopped
4 cups water
cook for 30 min.

Add next ingredients and cook 30 more minutes
4 cups tomato sauce
1 Tlb. parsley flakes
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 Tlb. Braggs aminos

serve over toast or brown rice

Holiday Nog
one Quart of Almond milk
blend with=20
1/2 tsp. cardamom
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. fennel
1/2 stp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Health Dill Dip

Blend
1 cup cashews
1 1/4 cup boiling water=20
2 Tlb. honey
while blending add 1/3 cup lemon juice
and 2 avacatoes take out of blender and add seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Spike
3 Tlb. parsley flakes
3 Tlb. dill weed
4 Tlb. onion flakes
