1) finish the following assignment, if not done while Mr. Morse was here:  copy the 6 questions presented in the blue boxes pgs. 121-122, and answer them for yourself.  Your answers should be different, or have additional information, to the example answer in the textbook.

2) Write 10 sentences about your drawing.   Each sent. should contain the word "hay" and either 'un', 'una', 'unos', or 'unas'.  See pgs. 120, 124 for vocab and grammar help!!!!!

draw the following scene on UNLINED paper with NO text:  Your backpack, for some (classroom appropriate) reason has exploded in the hallway, and all your school supplies have landed on the floor around it.  Draw at least ten items.  TWO of the items can be random items that you would NOT normally find in a backpack.  :)  Your drawing does not have to reflect artistic talent, but should reflect timea and effort.

1) write a dialogue/conversation like the little skits we did in class on Thurs.  It should include two greetings, and the following vocabulary:  ¿Qué quieres hacer...?, (no)quiero, por la mañana/por la tarde/por la noche, jugar, ir and should mention at least THREE activities and ONE or more weather terms.  See chapter 3 pages 90-100 for help with vocab and grammar!

if you scored under a 24/30 on vocab test you are urgedv to do the following optional assignment:  Go through your test and make a list of the vocabulary that caused you problems (comprehension, spelling).  Then, convincingly document that you actively practiced this vocab for at least 15 minutes.  This could be showing me written work, or producing a parent note and signature to document oral practice.

2) Bring in 5 drawings OR newspaper/magazine clippings, each one obviously and clearly illustrating one of the descriptive adjectives on pages 44-45. You may bring in a mix (i.e. 3 clippings and 2 drawings). For a 'check plus' bring in some fantastic drawings and/or clippings that REALLY show the vocab word! You may include the vocabulario in the yellow 'mas vocabulario' box.
