Foreign Language week volunteers needed!

Ways you can help:

1. bring snacks and any necessary items (napkins, forks) on the day of a guest speaker's visit (if any).

2. research and cook a traditional recipe from any country. Bring the recipe and the name of the recipe in the language, and where it from on Friday, 3/15

3. **the following may be done for extra credit**: research and cook a traditional recipe from your assigned Spanish-speaking country. If you are interested in submitting this as an extra credit project, follow the guidelines below. You may bring this in on Friday 3/15 if there is no guest speaker.

• What is the dish called in Spanish?

• What are they names of the main ingredients in Spanish?

• Which of these ingredients are native to that region?

• Is this a recipe eaten daily, or is it for a special holiday/time of year?

• What else can you find out about the traditional ingredients and cuisine of your country?
