LAS CONJUGACIONES DE VERBOS-- take two!

If you have not grasped the concept of the verb endings yet, or are not satisfied with your grade on the quiz, you are invited to do a retake NEXT TUESDAY 3/18, during class. This gives you an entire week to practice. Your grade on the retake will replace your first grade. PLEASE do this if you scored anything below a 16 out of 20. We will eventually be having a test on this so take advantage of this opportunity to really “get it”!!!!!!!!!!

To do the retake, you must qualify. To qualify, you must do AT LEAST ONE of the following:

1. Do the photocopied practice packet in its entirety, including fixing any errors if I hand it back with a “please fix”. The packet includes further explanation of the concept, along with some practice activities. This packet should help you!!!

2. Come after school for extra help on Thursday, 3/13.

3. Do some online practice (you must document what you did convincingly if this is what you are using to qualify for the retake). There are links from the 'student links' page of my website where you can search for games/drills on “regular -ar and -er verbs” Ms. Huttlinger also found a cool site called “conjugation trainer” that lets you choose what verbs you want to practice with: http://www.spaleon.com/index.php

We will NOT be spending significant class time reviewing the concepts or practicing this week. You need to do the above on your own.
