Chapter 3 scavenger hunt and practice (en papel separado, por favor)

Paso 1: Find the following in Ch. 3 your textbook, y escribe el número de página:

Paso 2: Study the conjugation for 'querer'. Then, go to the conjugation for 'jugar'. Why are these both called “stem-changing verbs” in grammar terms? Look carefully at the charts, and explain (your explanation can be in English).

Paso 3: Do ex. 15, 16 in your 'class notes' section.

Paso 4: (In class, or for HW if not finished in class) Study the ENTIRE box with the 'ir' and 'jugar' conjugations. Don't forget the part about 'a' (to). Then, do exercises 30, 31 and 32. You may need to look up a few words, most of which are on pages 95-96
