New stringers and floor

Here is were the misery ended and the fun began. New stringers were cut, using the old ones as templates. Luckily even though they were rotted, they were still relatively intact. The floor was another matter. We had to take multiple measurements, cut, fit, and trim as needed.

First layer of fiberglass mat laid.

The very front and rear sections were left out at this point until the deck could be separated from the hull. I did it this way to minimize the possibility of the hull sides spreading.
