This is Ultima Sonic.
7 chaos emeralds=super sonic,
7 super emeralds=hyper sonic,
7 master emeralds=ultima sonic.
We only know of 1 master emerald, who is to say there isn't 7.
Powers include shield, multiple shock waves, 4 after images, invincibilty, ultimate chaos control, and goes faster than the speed of light.
His colors change rapidly from gold, white, green, blue, purple, red, orange, and then repeats.
