OnLine Lookups are a large part of what has made the USGenWeb Project
so valuable to many amatuer genealogists.
Lookups are provided for specific requests about an individual or marriage.
These lookups are provided by volunteers willing share reference materials
they own. Volunteers may be able to let you know if a reference source can
be helpful to you in your research. They can also send you information helpful
in obtaining a copy of the reference source. Also listed are some known McLean
County References for which there is no current volunteer owner.

regarding the use of copyrighted materials.
To request a lookup from any of the reference materials, click on the
address of the owner and ask them politely. Please include the individual's
name you are researching and the name of the reference material you wish
to have checked. These materials are often indexes to the records and so
do not contain the complete information available in the actual records.
And don't forget to thank the volunteers for their time and assistance
