If nothing else, the Awful Blue Dress is a faithful and unflinching reporter of exactly how much overhanging belly I actually am having to deal with. And it's still considerable, no doubt about it. Still, I can actually see a difference, instead of just having logic tell me that there surely must be one. I still hate this dress.
