Ya, the side views are never kind, and this one is no exception. But now it looks like I'm just one of the millions afflicted with middle age spread, rather than looking like I'm scary fat. No one looking at me this way is going to think "Thin", but they might not think "Oh My God, she's coming right at me!", either.
