INSPIRATIONS

When I am anxious it is because I am living in the future.  When I am depressed it is because I am living in the past.

Suffering and Perseverance

Battling an Eating Disorder

Take Care of your body.  It's the only place you have to live.

"You were bought at a price.  Therefore honor God with your body." -1 Cor. 6:20

Hope, Faith, and Praise

It's good to remember that the tea kettle, although up to its neck in hot water, continues to sing.

Sorrow looks back.  Worry looks around.  Faith looks up.

Faith is daring the soul to go beyond what the eyes can see.

Character and attitude

The best way to be successful and happy is to follow the advice you give others.

Contentment isn't getting what we want but being satisfied with what we have.
