The name of the Postgres data base is automatically assigned based on the Company Code you chose by appending ``db'' to the end of the code. The Company Report Directory is also automatically created by appending ``.rpts'' to the Company Code. In the case of the demo company the Company Code is, ``demo'' and the name of the report directory is, ``demo.rpts''. The Company Report Directory is a subdirectory under the ``codata.d'' directory. Any report you generate and wish to save in a file will be stored in this Report Directory. As explained earlier, ``codata.d'' is the main directory for storing company data and each company will have a unique file in this directory under the same name as it's Company Code.
Click the Help button to get immediate help with setting up the company. When you have completed the Company setup click the Save button and the Main Menu Window will appear;
