This feature facilitates searching for particular deposits in the Deposit Journal. You must first select the field to search in the deposits data base. You may chose to search based on the Deposit Date, Description, GL Account, Bank Account, Amount, or Date Posted. When you have selected the field to search you then enter the key words or numbers you are searching for. You may search for either partial words and numbers or complete words and numbers. The maximum size of the search field is 55 characters (or digits). All entries containing the searched for data will be returned. To see the next found item click the FIND button.
