Income Statements and Balance Sheets are available for either year-to-date or monthly, with or without percentages. Comparative income statements are available to compare actual current year amounts to prior year amounts, or to compare current year to budget amounts. These selections are self-explanatory under the Financial Reports menu.
When requesting the report you may select the ending month for the year-to-date statements or a range of months for monthly statements. To cover only one month in a report select the same month as the starting and ending month. Balance Sheets are always year-to-date and at the end of a month. Only posted transactions are included in these reports.
