Zoning- The Town of Milton has a zoning ordinance and a defined historic district. No construction or alteration of any structure or on any property inside the town limits may begin without proper permitting from the town. All town permits must be obtained before the county will issue building permits. A full copy of these ordinances may be viewed during regular office hours on Saturday mornings from 8:30 - 11:30.
