CLASSROOM RULES

1. Respect yourself and others by speaking appropriately and allowing others to speak without interruption while building positive relationships.

2. Exercise self-discipline and value your time by being in place with materials and assignments, ready to contribute to a rigorous learning process.

3. Employ integrity by completing your own work and recognizing the rights of others. (Plagiarism is not tolerated.)

4. Take pride in your appearance and your surroundings by maintaining cleanliness (no food, drinks or gum), sitting erect, paying attention and contributing to learning that is relevant to future success.

                                  Consequences

First Offense -            15 min. detention

Second Offense -        30 min. detention

Note: that is any rule, not 15, 30, etc. for each rule.

Third Offense -           60 min. detention

Fourth Offense -         Referral to Assistant Principal

       Following the rules is the wise thing to do.
