- We recently held a Depression and Anxiety Screening Day (10/10/02) that was sponsored by the Anxiety Disorders Association of America (ADAA). We will continue the free screening for depression and anxiety for those who could not make the screening on that date. The screening can be made by appointment by calling (269) 382-8823. The screenings involve filling out an assessment form followed by a consultation with a licensed professional.
