We create Poetry of the Dance when we join hands in a simple circle and capture the essence of a poem in our movement. Of all the art forms, it is the fleeting moments of dance that most closely mirror the impermanence of life. When we combine such an art form with poetry, we can glimpse the mystery around us. The first poem was the first sigh of wonder which is as old as humankind. Our first dance each morning is when our feet rise from slumber and touch the ground. |
