CHEERLEADERS: This application must be submitted to the LYFA by mail or hand carried to the office before May 4th. This application must be submitted with a copy of the participant's state certified birth certificate. Cheerleading Tryouts will be held May 4th at the Talley Ward Recreation Center. See SCHEDULE OF EVENTS. Cheerleading Squads will be announced May 6th, and upon notification of participants making a cheerleading squad the cheerleading fee of $40.00 will be collected.
FOOTBALL PLAYERS: No applications for football players will be accepted before May 1st. This application must be submitted to the LYFA by mail or hand carried to the office before July 13th. This application must be submitted with a copy of the participant's state certified birth certificate and the $50.00 football fee. There are no Football Tryouts. Each team is limited to a 30 man roster, and the first 30 to sign up for the team in their jurisdiction and division will be a member of said team.
