Youth Baseball of Beaver Dam would like to invite your teams to our 21st Annual Youth Baseball Tournament being held Saturday & Sunday August 8th-9th 2009. All games will be held at the Athletic Field in Beaver Dam.  There will be 8 teams in each age division (U10, U11, U-12).  Every team will be guaranteed 4 games.  Attached is the registration and information form.  If your teams are interested in joining us, please email me, and also mail me the completed registration form with the payment.  We will be filling out the spots on a 1st come basis.
