Welcome to the Memories Past web site, featuring the fine art of Craig Holstine. I am an artist whose specialty is illustrations that depict “memories past.” My goal is to celebrate a simpler time when the little pleasures in life were beyond measure. Much of my art is inspired by vintage advertisements from the early 1900s. It is important to me to illustrate in such a way that others can perhaps experience a memory of days gone by, and also to inspire modern day enthusiasts to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature. My art is the perfect complement to your cottage, home, den, office or restaurant, especially if the atmosphere and surroundings are nostalgic in nature.
