Person 2 (El Climatólogo)

Your role is to find the information from the web-sites in the resource part about "Temperaturas" for the book you are planning to sell.

The book needs to explain in English why these temperature systems are named this way (Celsius, Fahrenheit, etc)

What other form of temperature readings exist? How do we convert from one degree system to the other?

Include the following information: Who was: Anders Celsius, Gabriel Fahrenheit and Lord Reámur Kelvin. How did they discover the systems? What do each of these temperatures measure and how? Include illustrations, photos of the scientist, etc.

What is the definition of: temperature, temperate climate, and thermometer.

Select two weather saying in English: http://www.sutton.lincs.sch.uk/pages/weather/research/sayings.htm , http://cimss.ssec.wisc.edu/wi_weather_stories/sayings/sayings.html, http://www.dcrafts.com/weathersayings.htm

and two "Dichos del tiempo" at: http://www.cibernautica.com/meteor/dichos.htm , http://www.geocities.com/silvia_larocca/Curiosidades/refranes.htm, http://www.meteored.com/foro/index.php?board=9;action=printpage;threadid=1254,

add pictures or illustrations to these. Find all the information in the given URL's and read with attention.

Make a cover for the book if you will have one or create an original PowerPoint slide show. You need to give a "Title" to your book or presentation, and write 2-3 convincing line in Spanish to sell your "libro o presentación" during the TV weather forecast, like what are you selling, how much it cost, why you should buy it, where can it be found, what is so special about it. If they call in the next 2 minutes, and they buy it, do they get anything free or any deals? (Yes, you will have to talk!)
