The Annual
Downtown Kiwanis Rodeo is our major fundraiser. This event allows us to sustain the wide range of service projects that we have.

Pancake
Day is another of
our major fund raising projects. Although not as profitable as the
rodeo, much fun and fellowship occurs as we make money to help kids.

One
of our long time service projects is the Children's Christmas party for
local Head Start kids. In 2006, we hosted over 125 Head Start kids who
wouldn't have had much Christmas without our help. We provided each
child with a coat,a hat, and gloves as well as a few toys.

We
have provided the local Fire Department with a fire safety house which
can be taken to local elementary schools in order to help teach
children what to do in case of a fire at home.

A
concessions building was built and given to the city for special events
such as the North Tennessee Fair and the Kiwanis Rodeo.

Our
club provided funding for The Kiwanis Learning Center at the children's
section of the Clarksville/Montgomery County public library.

We
are very proud of the Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) program. Three times
a year we provide books for fifth graders in the Clarksville/Montgomery
County school system.

Our
two sponsored Key Clubs at Clarksville High and Clarksville
Academy as well as the Builder's Club at Clarksville Academy are hugh
help to us, especially at the rodeo, Pancake Day, and the Children's
Christmas Party. These pictures show Key Clubbers helping at Pancake Day and the Christmas Party.
