Marco S. Menezes, is an honors graduate of the University of Florida in Business Administration. He is a Magna Cum Laude Graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he received American Jurisprudence Awards in Business Organizations, and Wills and Trusts. His article on Public Act 198, concerning Industrial Tax Abatements, was published in the Law Review.
     Marco practices law throughout Northern Lower Michgan. He works chiefly in the areas of municipal and environmental law.
     Marco represents various city, township and county municipal governments for litigation matters, statute review and enforcement, criminal, and labor matters.
     Marco is married to Kathy, a Registered Nurse who teaches at the Wexford-Missaukee Career Technical Center. They have lived for thirty years, in the home they built themselves, near Hersey, Michigan. They have two daughters, Sunshine, a PhD Oceanographer, and Maggie who is married to Matt, and teaches school.
