Pictures of 4/15/00 Saturday
Its been a long hard weekend and it's almost over. I tried to stay up the whole 54 hours, I crashed for 5 hours Sunday morning. Oh well, not as young as I use to be. LOL.
We played strong this year, having people sleeping in shifts so there would be people up all the time. I set the goal of coming in the top 50th out of 461 teams. What ever place we come in, this year I had fun. We weren't as strong in the #'s this year, but for the people who helped us out I give you a big THANK YOU.
To close this out for now, I like to say that I'm very proud of my teammates this year and a special thanks to Stacey and Sadie Goodwin for their time and efforts put in on getting are shirts made up and finding hard cover resources and bringing there computer up from LaCrosse this year just to be with us. And to Shawn and Leanne for bringing their computer this year. And a big special thanks to Jami Beebout for sharing her house with all of us for the weekend. And of course last but not least our cable guy, Jay hall for getting us connected and hooked up right.
And to everyone who showed up this year, you guys ROCK! If we didn't have anyone to show, well, there wouldn't of have been a team. Plain and simple.
Well to rap this up short and sweet, we came in 189th. It was a good year, I had a great time. I'm looking forward to next year and hope that we grow in the numbers even more so than this year.
