Yoga 1 - For beginners and experienced students. A supportive environment that will deepen and strengthen yoga principles that you can apply to all of our classes. Gentle breathwork and relaxation.

Yoga II - Begin to flow and refine the standing postures and to relax and release into the floor postures. Breathing exercises and techniques for relaxing .

All Levels - Mixed class that will offer postures with variations, breathing exercises and deep relaxation/meditation. 

Flow Yoga - A challenging vinyasa (flow) yoga that offers strength, stamina and flexibility to balance the mind and body. Deep relaxation and meditation with breathing and bandhas.

Special Yoga - A gentle yoga class designed for those with special need. Beneficial for those recovering from illness or injury, overweight and over 50.* Pre-registration required.*

Gentle Yoga - For beginners and experienced students using soft flowing movements to stretch and release the body. Breath techniques and relaxation that soothes your body and mind.
