George Isaac Brown received his doctorate from Harvard University. He teaches Gestalt Therapy, Organizational Leadership, and Organizational Change throughout the world. He has been an elementary school teacher and principal and has been program leader of the Graduate Program in Confluent Education and Organizational Leadership at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he has been a professor since 1961
