PAL is a technical standard for video playback which is used in Australia and most of Europe, Asia, and Africa. The NTSC format is used in North America, most of South America, and Japan.
Max Sound videotapes are available in NTSC format only. PAL versions of Dr. Oaklander's videotapes can be purchased from the following organization:
