Honey
Pure , natural Michigan honey made by hard-working but happy bees
in the fields and orchards and flower gardens of the Lennon area...
that's what Ed and John Wracan have been harvesting and selling since
1981. Every sweet-tasting drop gets the personal attention of
these two beekeepers as they prepare the delectable nectar in
containers for sale.
Mustard
Wracans have blended tangy, natural mustard with just a hint of
horseradish and a little bit of beer for a taste that springs to life
on sandwiches and sausages, in glazes and sauces and salad
dressing.
Horseradish
We don't think we're exaggerating when we call this product "the
thoroughbred of Horseradishes." Oh, yeah, tears will come to
your eyes and your sinuses will clear if you take too big a bite.
But you wouldn't have it any other way, would you? This
horseradish puts "zip" in a ham sandwich, brings "zing" to a
plate of corned beef and cabbage, and generally commands your taste
buds to pay attention. It's and adult condiment the kids
probably won't like very much, but who cares? That just
leaves mare for you.
Skin Cream
When Jane and Colleen Wracan stir up a batch of Golden Bee Shin Cream
(Jane's Grandma's recipe), the recipe calls for tow basic ingredients--
pure, natural beeswax, and lanolin. The resulting rich cream
seems to know just how to smooth rough, dry, chapped hands.. A
large number of our customers tell us that is also works wonders, on
sore, cracked, bleeding feet. It doesn't take much of this
marvelous mixture to soothe the most beleaguered skin. Try it on
hands and feet, knees and elbows-- all the spots where your
tender skin gets the most "wear and tear"
