These are pictures from California, Taipei, Taiwan, and Australia (January
2004). I spent one day with friends in California. I have a couple
pictures of them and the kids. Then I flew to Taipei for a business
meeting. Did not have much time there, but managed to visit the Air museum
there. After a business meeting in Melbourne, I spent a few days in
Sydney, where I got most of the pictures.
I climbed on the Sydney Harbour bridge. This is sort of a tourist
attraction (like going up in the Arch...). They are very proud of this
bridge in Sydney. It is about 350 feet above the water. They let people climb
over it from one end out over the very top of the bridge. From here, one can get
a very good view of the city. See the pictures with me on top of the bridge.
