Residents of Whitewater have noticed the fine summer weather that had graced the area this summer. Although late June and July were a bit dry for the crops, the sunshine did much to lift spirits and provide ample opportunities for outdoor play. Times photographer Flo Tohgraff snapped several pictures of the children in one local family.
