Rod, his wife and two sons are very involved in local activities.
When not performing with the Schuhplattler group,
Rod runs a Farm
Equipment business in town.
Rod is an excellent singer as well as dancer and with his kind of humor
he has become known as the "clown" of the group,
entertaining audiences and the Schuhplattler Group itself with his antics.
Just see him walking into the door, and you will laugh;
when Rod's around, count on a good time.
Boy, you should see him pounding down that 1 Liter Stein, filled with that
famous "hop tea".
