Skot Sauce - Its F**kin' Hot! 20 ounces of crushed fresh Red Savina Habs 16 ounce of baby carrots Garlic to taste (1 regular head of garlic, 1 head of Elephant garlic) 4-8 ounces of fresh lemon or lime juice (Lime juice prefered) 16 ounces of Heinz white distilled Vinegar 2-4 ounces of dried and smoked Habs Put the Habs, Carrots and garlic into a food processor and let it rip... Then putt all ingredients into a big sauce pan and let it simmer for 4 hours Cool and bottle
