Use contingencies in your offer

Contingency: The dependence upon a stated event which must occur before a contract is binding.

I use computerized tracking systems to accomplish removal of contingencies in a timely manner. All aspects of the situation are carefully considered before the contingency is approved and removed as a part of the transaction.

The following are some common contingencies:

  • Buyer obtaining loan approval
  • Well, water and septic reports
  • Home Inspection, radon tests, lead based paint
  • Sale of Buyer's home

Next, go to closing, get the keys, YOU are a Home Owner.
