Hi, I'm Millie Woods, and I'm married to Bill Woods.  His parents live in Fallon, Nevada, and mine in Texas. Bill was born in Nevada, raised in Ohio and mostly in California. I was born in Louisiana, raised in Texas, and lived in Texas and California before I met Bill. We met in California. We've traveled and lived in Oregon, where we both drove taxis; we've lived in New Mexico, where Bill auditioned for a career as a roughneck in the oil fields; and back to Nevada, California, and Texas. We seem to have settled down in the last few years because we finally bought a home in Nevada.

Between the two of us we have 9 grown children, ages 27 to 40, and 19 grandchildren.  (Of course there are pictures of some of them on this web site, would you have guessed that?)  Bill and I are raising two of the younger grandchildren, ages 6 and 4.

My hobbies: Housework and cooking (just kidding!). My real enjoyment comes from school and designing web pages like the ones you're looking at. And, of course, raising kids, but I don't know if that's a hobby or a lifestyle.

Computers and me:  Sorry, I couldn't put this all on the current page, so it gets its own page, if not a book.  This is for history maniacs, because it goes all the way back to dinosaur days. I mean, I'm talking BASIC and CP/M, for Pete's sake!  NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TIMID READERS, AGE-CHALLENGED (meaning those under 40), OR PEOPLE WHO TEND TO NOD OFF IN FRONT OF A MONITOR.  I also don't recommend the "Computers and me" link for those who don't care to know anything about computers OR who already know everything about computers.  Now that you've been forewarned, you can click above at your own risk.
